Tyrel was overseeing a multi-million dollar renovation of a prestigious Seattle suburb multi-family project owned by two publically traded companies. Prior to that Tyrel worked for one of Whatcom Counties largest property management companies, growing their residential portfolio; positioning them for a recent acquisition of a rival management company. Tyrel holds his Washington State Real Estate Brokers license, and has been involved in real estate for over 8 years. His expertise is in value-added real estate opportunities. Bret VanLant (agent/owner) was born and raised in Whatcom County. Bret is no stranger to hard work, as he was an integral part of his families dairy farm operations. Richard Banel (General Counsel) spent his childhood in Kirkland and later lived on Camano Island for 15 years. He is a graduate of the University of Washington and later received his Law Degree from Seattle University School of Law. Associated with both large and small firms during his career, he also spent many years associated with a large international non-profit. In 2004, the hiking and skiing attracted him to E. Whatcom County where he resides with his wife and black Labrador. Currently in solo practice focused on property transactions and development, and probate and estates, he is a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar.
